I'm really late to this conversation, but just wanted to post about Ashley. I live near where she does, and have seen her a couple of times grocery shopping, the last time maybe eight months ago. To me, she looked pretty much like she did at the end of her episode, but I definitely didn't want to stare so I couldn't say if she's lost more since then. She definitely looked like she had been maintaining well though. Her mom was a piece of work, but it did appear at the end that their relationship was improving.
