As much as I loathe skeevy Bernie, I have to say that Paige was ridiculous tonight. She was so pissed during their dinner when it was clear Bernie was going to progress full steam ahead that she threw in that she had to “convince Brandi to go out with him”. That’s stretching the truth quite a bit. She managed to leave off the tiny (yet important) fact that the only reason Brandi was bowing out was because Paige had lost her mind.
Paige is a shady bitch and if I were Brandi I would stay clear.

I’m thinking Areola has more to do with it. He mentioned that she tends to keep Robyn up til 1am (seriously?). I think he is not up for the little kid hassles at night and early morning, thus Christine’s house is more comfortable as her kids are older.

I might be the only one, but I think Aspyn needs to get over it. She’s a grown MARRIED woman and shouldn’t be this pouty about her mother moving 4 hours away. (Yes, I know it will increase to 8, but seriously....) If you are grown enough to get married then you should be able to establish your own family with your husband without your mother right next to you.

While I agree with your post, we need to remember that in the world Jill was raised in, only the husband works to support the family. Period. A woman’s place is in the home.
I do give Jill credit for trying to earn money from home with her Instagram posts and keeping up the blog (even though it’s all Duggar beige crap food).
I stand by my post as Jill has got to be confused since Derick isn’t providing for her like JB told her that her fairytale husband would. Life has not turned out the way she was promised.
Disclaimer - I was raised in a very religious home (not Gothard) and it was made very, very clear that my place would be in the home while my husband provided. I met my future husband at 18 and left, my family was horrified and stopped speaking to me. Almost 30 years later, still married to him, and I’ve worked my way up the ladder at a Fortune 10 company. NOW my family is so proud 🙄🙄
All of this to say it takes extreme inner strength to break away from everything you were ever taught, and I feel badly (at times) for the confusion Jill must feel.
Derick is still an asshole.

Her quitting to begin LuLaNo (which requires a pricey buy in, I thought - but that’s another post) tells me she wasn’t making much money at her job in the first place. Revenue from LLN will take time, so they clearly don’t need whatever she was bringing in to begin with. Things that make you go hmmm
