In 45 minutes I am gonna be taking my first pilates class. I don't know why I'm so nervous. Actually, I do. It's because I'm old and overweight with untreated anxiety and no workout buddy. Plus I think I got a little too baked while trying to calm my nerves and now I'm way lazy! But I'm gonna do it, you guys... wish me luck!

Hello! Long time lurker here..
My last round of blood work said I have insulin resistance, and despite eating healthy, I gained 6 pounds in one week. I finally broke down and started keto. I have nobody to share my diet with so I'm just gonna tell you guys.. in 45 days I've lost 27 pounds! I'm still super fat though! 73 to go... Has anyone tried Pilates? I have a bad hip and knee and was thinking it would be low impact?

Man, sunny was throwing some shade at GZ today while Alex was making those pop tarts.
But I'm just here to say I finally broke down and made Ryan's pickled onions. They have made several appearances these past few episodes I just had to try them. They're in the fridge now. I'll keep you posted!

Unpopular opinion I guess... Is something wrong with Kendall physically? Has she always looked so unhealthy? She looks like a meth addict. Her hair is always greasy and her facial expressions are painful. I was so glad she was eliminated because I find her uncomfortable to watch. I don't understand everyone thinking she was a threat, she seems painfully fragile.

Mitch is soooo good looking. When Ella was putting on her makeup and he was behind her doing yoga poses in the shower, I was cracking up. I'm sure the Lifetime version won't be showing that butt.
I finished all the episodes this morning. Crazy all the twists and turns this season. I googled to see who was still together and
SpoilerMore shocking twists! It appears they have pulled another switcheroo. Mitch has gotten with Tamara and Ella is dating Brent!

When Brittany was talking about putting parchment paper in her pans, I knew it would be some kind of foreshadowing.
