Although I hate the outcome, it’s not surprising. Dems didn’t have a strong enough candidate. And it pains me to say it, but this country is not ready to vote for a woman president. Backwards, but it’s true. We elected a black man and patted ourselves on the back but guess what he was a black MAN.
I also do have to give it to the past and future (god help us) POTUS - he and his team put in the work and managed to win over groups never thought possible. Latinos, blacks, entire states. I won’t ever understand it but I have to give them credit for that.
This person gets away with things no politician or civilian would ever be able to get away with, on either side of the aisle. It’s absurd.

It was so disappointing seeing Molly and Kristina STILL sniping at each other while Alexis just slumped despondently in her chair. Get it together you two!
Sasha’s truth telling was a long time coming. Sasha wouldn’t have anything to keep secret if Willow hadn’t kissed Drew. Also, are we supposed to be surprised at any of this? Willow is a serial cheater and so is Michael for that matter.

I just finished Monday and YALL…..Nancy is just TOO REAL. Sniffling into tissues as we speak. I think everyone has been on point. Spinelli got me; I remember how tight he, Sam and Jason used to be when he lived with them in the “regrettably pink room”. Scout asking who’s going to make her lunch and take her to school (SOB). Rocco actor surprised me actually. Danny was probably the weakest of the kids, but I think he was also trying to stay strong for Scout. I don’t think there was really anything wrong with Drew’s reaction. Not everyone is going to be over the top grieving, plus he was trying to be there for Scout. A good thing I did see was Molly and Kristina holding hands so please let’s squash their ridiculous beef now.
I am actually super surprised how horribly sad these last few days have been and how hard they’ve hit me. Dare I say it but this is BJ’s heart levels of sadness which I didn’t expect.
Forgot to add that although I did watch the flashbacks I fast forwarded through everything else Holly and Robert related. It just felt wedged in and out of place with everything else happening. I’m not mother material my ass. Well then maybe some precautions should have been taken? It’s a personal pet peeve of mine when people take absolutely no precautions and then have the nerve to be surprised when they fall pregnant. News flash: that’s what’s supposed to happen! Be surprised if you are not taking precautions and never fall pregnant, that might be a bigger problem. Getting off my soapbox now.

SOB……I just watched Thursday and I’m still crying actual tears but I thought it was really well done. The looks between Jason and Elizabeth, Alexis getting in the bed with Sam. Obviously Nancy hit it out of the park as we know she can, but I also have to hand it to Steve. He brought it today and I appreciate him for that.

Well I haven’t watched yet but I’m pretty sure I will sob and I am glad they called back to Jason and Sam’s relationship. I loved them. I’m not sure what’s happened between then and now but Steve and Kelly both lost their spark, probably because they can’t stand each other now for some bts reason. I really loved their relationship in the beginning and how Jason helped Sam grieve her baby. I also really liked their song. I’ll see myself out now.
Unpopular opinion but I also really liked Sam and Dante. They never really got enough screen time but they had a secure, mature relationship and a blended family. It wasn’t a ball of fire, but I enjoyed it.
As far as Jason involving Carly in whatever the fuck, I mean of course he did because Carly needs to be involved in every single damn thing, whether it makes sense or not. I half expect to see her pop up in the Q kitchen making her microwave pizzas for thanksgiving dinner 🙄

My unpopular opinion is I don’t like the actress who plays Teri. I just don’t think she is very good. She always looks terrified and delivers her lines like she’s got a gun to her head. Like ease up on the coffee lady, you’re just asking a nurse for a file it’s not life or death.

I remember a LONG time ago Becky Herbst was on the chopping block and there was such a massive letter writing campaign (like I said….long time ago) it was scrapped and she’s still on the canvas to this day.

I feel the same. Even if it’s legal and not the worst thing in the world, I just would not be able to get past it. I actually dated someone whose parents were first cousins, but the weird thing was that the parents NEVER once discussed it with him, but other family members did. So he knew but it was like this enormous elephant in the room because it was never discussed. Eventually he stopped talking to his parents entirely (not only because of that but that was a major reason).
Anyway, I hope they are not actually related. Not because I particularly care about Cody but I do like Sasha and she’s been through enough. Although having Robert Scorpio as a dad would be pretty awesome.

Well that was sad. The only thing that made me raged was of fucking course they had to insert Carly into the scene. I understand why Sonny was there; he and Sam lost a child and he’s Dante’s father. Lucky should have been there as well, not to mention her sisters. But Carly?? No reason whatsoever.
Farewell Kelly. You weren’t always my fave but you put in a lot of time and I wish you well.

Like so many of you have already said, getting a new liver is not going to miraculously wake Lulu up. As much as the brain tumor trope has been way overdone, it would have made so much more sense if they found some sort of neurological issue that they could operate on and that would wake her up. And yeah, any suspense or doubt has been washed away since we know Kelly is leaving and Lulu has been recast. So overall…..yawn.

My daughter loves having tea parties and for her sixth birthday my mother in law gifted her a china tea set that was her mother in law’s. My daughter cherishes it and I’m so happy she can use it and enjoy it. She takes great care of it, although I’m not concerned about a few little chips that may happen. Like others have said, it’s not common to entertain formally anymore so who knows if she will ever actually use it when she’s older. I loved Tracy gifting Violet the tea set, and then when Violet told her to keep one cup for herself…..it was the darnedest thing someone started chopping onions in here 🥲

Not me over here crying over Violet’s goodbye. Sniff sniff. Tracy and the tea party, a Yuri appearance, it was so sweet. I don’t think the sadness was over the top. It’s easy to get attached to children, even when you know it’s not a permanent thing.

This got me thinking…where does Jason live now? Have we ever seen his apartment/house?
I always liked Lucas and Brad and while I’m still getting used to NuLucas I wouldn’t mind them getting back together. I always found Brad more interesting than Lucas anyway. I was very distracted but the shower running in the background though. I was like someone needs to shut that off, ha!
I actually like Mo when he’s playing a supporting role in stories. I’ve liked him in his scenes with Dom and Nancy this week. I wish they would transition Sonny to being more of an elderly statesman type role. He has the empathy to do it and it’s more believable than when he tries to act all tough mobster guy.
Edit: I meant ELDER not elderly, lmao!
