    S12.E16: An Unexpected Thaw

    I am not a Lydia fan, and she shouldn't have thrown the menus, but I understand her being upset.  She wasn't included in that dinner, then they joked about it in front of her at the balls voyage party.  It sucks to feel like people just don't even think of you.  It would almost be better if they just said, "we don't like you so we didn't include you." To just say, "oh, we forgot you" hurts more, imo.  And I totally get that she didn't feel validated by Tamara.  I don't think that I'm a terribly sensitive person, but in the same circumstance, especially because it happened with the dinner too, and because it was HER trip, I would be hurt too.  But she's still an awful person.

    Oh, I agree that she looks good for 60 but you can see that the skin isn't holding quite like it used to. I think it is a couple of pages back in this thread but there was a pic of Ramona in a short dress and you could really see the age in her legs.  She still has good muscle tone because she works out but the skin is starting to sag. 

    Gravity is a bitch, and she comes for all of us.

    Heather Thomson: Inventor of Yummie Tummie

    I would love it if Heather would come back.  I enjoyed her friendship with Carole.  I didn't care for her friendship with Kristin as much. She could never see Kristin's point of view, she always sided with Josh.  (hate Josh)  I'm not saying she had to agree with everything Kristin said or did, but for example, when Kristin was telling the story of Josh coming home one day and TELLING her that they're moving to NYC all Heather could say was, "Well, that's what it takes to be an entrepreneur." And maybe that's the case, but it still sucked for Kristin and all Kristin was looking for was some acknowledgement that it affected her life too.  And I thought Heather was unkind to Kristin in Montana.  Belittled her accomplishment of scaling down the side of the mountain just because she cried at the end.  Kristin was afraid but still did it, that's bravery and Heather wouldn't give her that.  Over all though, I am a Heather fan and loved that she gave Ramona and Bethenney runs for their money.

    Memory Lane: Seasons 1-5

    I just watched Scary Island last night.  Imo, Kelly went after Bethenney first, called her a ho bag, told her she wasn't a chef.  I don't think Kelly was bullied.  I think she was going after Bethenney (and Alex) and people responded to that.  Their behavior was in response to her's.  Once they recognized that some sort of mental illness was happening they backed off.
