I can report that a local Walmart must have had a larger number of Ree's cookbooks for Black Friday. There were a ton left and clearanced to $5 from $10, but the same ones in the book section were almost $21.

Well, I was in Wal-Mart yesterday and what to my wondering eyes should appear, but food. That's right. Ready to heat food like loaded potatoes, etc. in the cold grocery section. Ree now has her own line of food. Guess if you can't cook it in her pans, you can just nuke it.

Does she not realize her cooking skills are that a 12 year old? I wasn’t a great cook when I was first married but I knew I sucked. Not because my husband complained, but I knew boxed foods and cans of stuff wasn’t cooking. But I learned. I read recipes, researched best practices and now I’m very good. I make 90% of what we eat from scratch. I still don’t have a blog because no one cares, and I have a full time job. She has no job. She could watch Alton Brown tutorial videos and learn so much.
My daughter is 12 and can totally cook better than Jill.
