  1. You guys, the zit talk... please no.
  2. I LOVE The Affair theme. I've searched it out on YouTube and listened to it... On repeat:) I think it sets up the doom in the show well (lyrics seem unrelated to the plot unless they're from the perspective of the dead son). Its a better theme than the show deserves, honestly.
  3. The worst offender of the "coming up" clip is for any drama on Sundance. They will show a clip for the VERY EPISODE you are currently watching. I'm watching the show. In fact we're well half-way into the episode. You have me. I'm invested! I don't want to see a plot twist pop in the middle of commercials. I want to see it when it happens Sundance!
  4. I am shocked. SHOCKED! that neither the Prime minister from Black Mirror or Billy from Melrose Place didn't make an appearance in the LOVE section of today's Game Time.
  5. This episode is such whitney-nip. Not only discussions over staples like ER and 30-Something but Mathnet?! Relativity?!?! Rags to Riches?????!!!!!!!! I still see actors from that show and think of them as "the dad from Rags to Riches" or "An orphan from Rags to Riches." I would love to read a re-cap of that show. The orphan plot line did not bother me back when I was kid. As far as I remember, EVERYTHING I watched in the 80's was about orphans with questionable guardians (Punky Brewster, Webster, Different Strokes, Jem, Sister Kate, The Facts of Life (not technically orphans but they might as well be) and movies like The Leftovers, and Unlikely Angel). So much so that I often pretended that I ran an orphanage as a child.
