Strange!!) OMG!! A thread for Ms. Marvel! Previously.TV you know me! I'm using Ms. Marvel's collection as a gateway comic book for my Marvel-obsessed 10-year-old niece. Despite the fact that I'm "over" Wolverine in pretty much every way possible, I still loved Kamala's arc with him. Probably because he reminded me more of WATXM Wolverine, and I like(d) him in that series. Not reading the "Death of…" but will get around to it once it hits Marvel Unlimited. That said, Ms. Marvel's my current favorite solo book right now.

I loved both her doing that (because srsly, Britt deserved that!) but I loved her being called out on it by Ric and Nik. Liz should've known better. But I can tolerate her hypocrisy now b/c the writing is… well, less melodramatic. More snarky. More fun for me to watch when Liz gets her halo tarnished. And I say that as a Liz lover, LOL! My girl can be a ******, but I want her to work her attitude while she does it.

I'm just going to pretend that Billy Miller's character is a totally new guy. Or a version of Lucky that I don't want to murderdeathkill. B/c thinking of him as Jason is just… ehhhhhhh?!? I do like Brad and Liz's hate toward each other. I'm catty like that. Though Liz should've thrown even bigger bitchface - that's her raison d'être. Also, Dr. Facial Reconstruction Surgeon… maybe you should consider retiring? "I'm surprised I was able to reconstruct your face having never seen you before!" Well, no shit, Sherlock. You did a horrible job. Though Billy Miller is handsome, so thank you for that. Jordan's gorgeous and awesome. Why is she even talking to Shawn?

Me! This is me, right here!! I can't see this version of Jason with Sonny or Carly unless it's to annoy/antagonize them a lot. He may click with Sam and Danny. But He's definitely not Jason. I could make an argument for Jason Quartermaine, maybe… if I squint. But why the holy hell bring on Billy Miller to play him? He's the exact opposite of SBu… because he actually, y'know, emotes. Fail.

Oh RC's storytelling pace always fucking sucks. And while I actually do appreciate the modicum of self-reflection that he gives Liz from time to time, I absolutely LOATHE that every time one of her exes comes back, they are latched onto her with the quickness. And then moved on to other parts of the show. Fucking Ron. Talk about whiplash for her fans. I'm still wearing a neck brace from the speed he tore apart Quiz when Nik showed up, and then when Niz were stalled, WHOOP! There's Ric. I'm just glad she got herself some before Ric had to leave for parts unknown for another BFTD story. And now, clearly, they stalled Niz once again to get her all ready for Liason 3.0. I try to find the gold within the layers of shit. I'm an optimist that way. Also, can I just say that my dream story for Liz after she became a nurse, was to nurse a hot amnesiac patient back to health and then deal with all the drama therein? Now I get that story and IT'S FUCKING LIASON?! Thanks Ron. Asshat.

Heh… with all the Liz-hate on here, I will be over in my own little corner, twirling like a stupid fairy over the Liz/Jake scenes. I love them. I just adore the shit outta them. They are totally illogical, and Billy Miller is more AJ than Jason, but GODDAMN I love their chemistry. They aren't going to last and I will hug and hold them and squeeze them and pet them until RC drives a stake in them.

It's Back-From-The-Dead-Inception! The back from the dead stuff doesn't bug me, but I think successive BFTD stories in such a short period dilutes the power of the reveals. Thus far, it's been triangles, pregnancies, and zombie GH for Ron since he took over.

YES!! Love Young!!! I think he's a brilliant artist :) And hells to the YES does Carol Danvers need her own movie!! Ugh, and as was pointed out… Julian and Danny… So I guess that's just an even eleventy-gabillion people that ReRon's resurrected. And you people think he's predictable and can't come up with original ideas…. *insert Lucille Bluth creepywink gif here*

I agree with everything you say, Dandesun, but also.... ZOMG A CAROL DANVERS AVI!!!! I love her so much!! (Sorry for the OT!) Um... TFGH. Yeah, totally messed up.

I can't math well, so that's actually nine? In two years? And we still have Ric waiting to be revealed, so ten...-ish? Lawd, that's insane. How is Sam not even questioning that Jason could be alive? Liz should have rolled her eyes when she said Jason was "dead" today.

I think part of the problem with Jason's return is that, isn't this the fifth BFTD story Ron's done in two years? Faison, Franco, AJ, Robin… am I forgetting anyone else? It dilutes all the power of a major return when he's the Oprah of resurrected loved ones. "And you're back from the dead!" "And you're back from the dead!"….

I mean… I can sort of see why they had him recuperate so fast, b/c you don't want to waste an actor like Miller behind bandages. But they probably should've just had him had the plastic surgery while he was in the clinic before, rather than doing it now, LOL! I do hope they don't go the St. Jasus route, because I love Miller when he's a screwup. Jason should make mistakes and be called on his ish.

Oh... Okay… But that still… wait, Victor Cassadine? WTF?!?! Was that always a thing? I guess I blocked out more of TFGH than I thought.

This reminds me, was it ever explained how Dr. O still works at the hospital after committing multiple crimes, or was it all glossed over together?
