My daughter is named after a character on Moonlighting. Now nobody knows what that show is but I used to love it.
My son's ex-girlfriend is one of a set of twins named Kate and Allie.

Brandon's dad was scary when he was demanding that Julia tell him whether she was pregnant.

She was a nightmare.

Do Brandon's parents expect him to live there forever and help with the farm? Has it not occurred to him that he could rent an apartment and live on his own? He has a decent job, he should be able to rent a place for himself and Julia.

Consider her plight: She was leading a nice middle class life in America when suddenly, through no fault of her own, she was impregnated by this man from Africa and whisked off against her will to live in in a place with no affordable apartments, no car seats, and they actually want to circumcise baby boys!
She had no idea she'd be at home with a newborn baby, no money, in a society she doesn't understand, appreciate, or even seem to enjoy on any level. She knows no one, doesn't like the baby's father much, and resents his family's interaction while also whining that she's alone all the time. She wants him to provide for them but doesn't want him to go to work. How did she end up here? What unfortunate series of events led to this? She had no role in all this! She's an innocent victim!
Good lord, people, how thoughtless can you be? This poor young woman was snatched from her comfortable life against her will and forced to live this miserable existence. Have some pity on the poor girl.
I hadn't looked at it that way. Why, the Lifetime Original Movie practically writes itself...

This also isn't his first baby, so he is a little less bewildered than she is. Plus, he's generally a more down-to-earth sort of person.

When she was changing his diaper, his cry sounded like he was starving. You know how you can tell the difference between cries. I wonder if he's tongue-tied? Being a first time mom, Ari might not know to check for that, and I don't know what kind of pediatric care they have in Ethiopia as far as well baby visits and whatnot.

I just started the episode, but Brittany has put her eyebrows on crooked and it's very distracting.
Also, Ari, you can't complain about money then complain that you need Bini to be home to help you with the baby. Bini is not a high earner, he is probably going ot have to do multiple jobs to support you. He can't do that and be home with you.

I felt so bad for Jihoon's friends (and Jihoon!) when Devan started asking those questions. I cringed inside out with embarrassment. She needs to learn that there are things you keep between you and your spouse.
I laughed out loud at Malala (I can't remember her name) telling Cheesedick (also can't remember his name) that it's none of his mom's business that she was with someone else while they were apart. She's right, but it was also none of her family's business he cheated on her. This is another couple who need to learn that there are things you keep just between the two of you. What they REALLY need to learn is to cut their losses and break up.
Ari, is just the worst person. She is so spoiled and icky. Bini is so patient with her. I don't know if it's because he truly cares about her, or if he's acutely aware that she can take that baby and he'd potentially never see him again. Although, maybe not. I doubt she's aware she's given birth to a child in a country that doesn't honor the Hague Convention. Bini might be able to make it hard for her to take the baby if he wanted to.
If I were Sumit's parents, it would be a cold day in hell before I'd pay $10K (it's USD, correct?) to get him out of his marriage. They are both grown-ass adults, and have been for quite some time. They should have been able to secure that money themselves.

I would like to have sympathy for Ari, but I can't. She's a brat. I get being scared, but her behavior was ridiculous.
I was waiting Melyza to shout, "we were on a break!" They both just need to cut their losses.

Watching Pillow Talk of last night's The Other Way episode, is Loren pregnant again? She's wearing a baby shirt and her face is chubby.

Wow, there's a lot of boobage this season - real and fake. Larissa is ugly. There's no sugarcoating it, the plastic surgery make her look 100x worse.

Why is liquid cold/flu/sinus medicine so unnecessarily gross? We can buy refrigerators with live footage that we can check from our phones, but they can't make liquid medicine that doesn't make us want to vomit more than our illness? Other countries can. I bought some cough syrup in Austria that I was swigging like Coke. No idea what was in it, the only word I could translate was "herbs", but at least it didn't taste like rancid gasoline...
Anyhow. Carry on!
Ugh, I was on an antibiotic tablet this week, and it had no coating on it. So as soon as I put it in my mouth it started to dissolve and stuck to my tongue and I had to choke it down. And it made me my mouth taste bitter forever. The other antibiotic they put me on had a coating, why couldn't that one? 🤷♀️

Have you ever heard her talk? She sounds like a 70-year-old chain smoker. I believe she was orginally on Dance Moms, maybe Angela is looking for tips on how to parlay her 90 Day Fiance fame into a fortune.

I don't believe that Cheesedick had a one night stand with a co-worker. Why was the girl all over his social media if it was a one night stand? I don't believe that he didn't know they were going to have sex, who invites a co-worker they have been flirting with over alone, at night, and doesn't think sex is going to happen? Cheesedick was desperate for companionship from a woman who was nearby, but he gave up a woman he got along well with, spent months getting to know and had sex with after one night?
I just don't believe any of that. I think he is probably still in touch with this woman and that if he isn't, they were together more than once.
Having said that, Melyza may want to make him give up everything and then dump him.
I agree with you here, but I still cannot fathom his motiviation. He's an average-looking guy, he has a job, a house, a cat, he clearly has options regarding women in the US. Why is he still pursuing Debbie Downer? If they stay together 50 years, she'll never let him forget that he cheated. They have no kids together, they're not married, she doesn't want to get married. What is the motivation to stay with her? Her personality stinks, and it certainly can't be her looks. Yet he's willing to move to a developing nation to be with her, where he has no job, no friends, no family. 🤷♀️

According to my online guide, in the usual TOW time slot next Monday night, there will be a "behind the scenes" look at the Darcey and Stacey show in between Strikes Back and a repeat of Pillow Talk from Sunday night's HEA. Not sure what will be in the time slot the following Monday. I'm sure we'll be inundated by ads next week for whatever it is. Interesting to note that when TOW returns in October, it will move to the Sunday night time slow vacated by HEA and have a two hour format. So confusing!
Is a Botched crossover too much to hope for?

While Tim is not the greatest guy, I find Melyza an expressionless, condescending bore. She's been holding his infidelity over his head since time immemorial, giving him no indication that she is in any way committed to him. In fact her major emotion towards him seems to be disdain. So what right has she to be upset over the fact he has hung onto his job in the U.S. because he is uncertain that she will ever want to marry him? He's "not being completely honest with her." And vice versa, so she can shut her mouth any time. No, David, we are not all in her corner.
The expiration date on this relationship has long passed. Cut the ties and let him go home.
I agree. I don't get their realtionship at all. Her primary goal seems to be to punish him, but I'm not sure what he's getting from this. He clearly is able to find a woman in the US to "spend time" with, why not just cut your losses and go back to the US?

the second time I watched I noticed Brittany said something like "Yazan's family would kill him if they thought we had sex, so, yeah, he's a virgin" but she sure wasn't convincing and possibly just saying that for publication.
Yeah it was very, "he's a virgin" WINK.

S09.E10: Michael's Story LIVE CHAT
in My 600-lb Life
He's a boy, and he's named Riley after Riley Finn. I tried to get the kids to name our cats Buffy and Willow, but they chose Sunny and Cher instead. The cats are 15 years old and I'm still bitter.
