I think he's going to tell her that he suppressed evidence in the trial in order to get a conviction which probably goes against everything that she believes in.

I just read that "The Divide" is going to get tryouts on AMC and The Sundance Channel in some areas. This could help boost the show's profile and maybe move it to a more watched channel.
