A lot of the buzz I keep hearing about All Quiet is that it's one of those films that the Academy likes to bestow awards on--a more traditional film compared to something like EEAAO or Banshees, which are polarizing, and/or the popular films Avatar or Top Gun: Maverick. So we'll see. This could get very interesting.

Uh-oh...I'm starting to sense an upset coming at the end of the night.....

I can't help but wonder how the people who put her together when she left her house feel seeing her on stage right now. I know, I know, she's Gaga, they don't care, but still...you spend all that time, take pride in your work, and then the moment she's center stage with the cameras up close....

I recently saw the original All Quiet on the Western Front and was just blown away. I'm a little hesitant to see this new version because of that. Anyone who's seen both versions--what did you think?

The only live action version of a Disney film I've enjoyed was Cinderella--and I'll be honest, that was mostly because of Cate Blanchett and Richard Madden.

Kerry's performance was my favorite in Banshees, and I thought maybe she had a chance, but when Jamie Lee won the SAG, I had a feeling that was going to wrap it up for her.

"Honorary Oscar winner" Diane Warren? Did they finally give her one out of pity?

Got to admit--I really thought Stephanie Hsu gave the better performance, but good for Jamie Lee Curtis!
