  1. Hahaha if only. This is going to be epic. I am confident they are going to leave us hanging with new questions and concerns but they will give a few answers that have lingered through the season. I have confidence in the creators that this show will not lose its way if it continues. They are telling a very elaborate story. Each episode feels like a really good book you are reading and when it ends you miss the characters. They are trying to visually tell a story in 10 weeks, and unfortunately we can't jump to the last page like a good book. We have to wait (uuughs) and in a world were everything today is immediate gratification its painful to hang in and just enjoy the ride. So it only stands to reason we'll be left "bereft" lol as you have mentioned. I am anxious to find out what happens with Sarah and Rachel, IMO their battle is the arc of this season. I feel like Rachel may go down but then I hear there's a major mind Frak coming so perhaps she's a good guy? I find Marian's presence this season most interesting and her fascination with Sarah. I hope we get some answers there. Either way..answers or not...this show is a good hour of entertainment every week and I am sad to see it coming to an end this season. I will miss the sestras and enjoyed their development this season, especially Helena.
  2. Sounds very plausible. To add to that I think she's just a tool for Top Side and whatever their agenda is for the clones. And telling Marian Sarah was in hand she needed to play a big card to make that happen. The only way Sarah would surrender herself to the Dyad is for her daughter, so she had to take Kira to get Sarah. I wonder who the doctor is that she called after her martini and a movie slapfest ? I like the track you are on with her. It feels like she's got some hidden agenda to take down the dyad too but she playing it close to the vest and makes her slightly sympathetic because she has no one, only old movies of a family she once had. Tatiana has said in a lot of interviews she was excited about playing Rachel in season two because they really peel her back and get to her emotions and what is under the cold exterior. I think her hatred of Sarah has a lot to do with Sarah having her own life and not allowing the Dyad to own her. By taking Kira, she wins that battle and Sarah has to surrender herself but there may be more Diabolical plans for all the clones and Kira that she does not want to be part of now that she knows she is no different then the others she's just an experiment. The bigger question is why is Marian so fascinated with Sarah? She doesn't seem to care about Helena but she's mentioned Sarah twice now...she seems to have a special interest in her. Scary for Sarah and the previews for the finale don't look good for her.
  3. Well said. I hope you are on the Emmy Ballot mailing list! I realize she doesn't act for awards but she deserves them all or at least the nominations..
  4. Anyone know what the point of the phone call by Rachel to the Doctor would have been for...after her weird surround-sound-home movie viewing?
  5. Ha, Ha!! Yes she's pretty hardy herself. She started the day with a head injury from a car crash and then got clocked by Daniel before the whole razor incident and seemed to bounce back pretty well after the shower rescue by Helena.
  6. They never went into any details about what they saw on the Ultra Sound that was so interesting when Kira had her accident. I was having the same thought that maybe her organs are reversed like Helena and that is why she survived the accident without serious injury. If that is the case I think implication could be that she has a twin somewhere too. I didn't like the Helena or Rachel hair either at first but I got used to them because they became part of the character. For me I'm guessing if Tony gets more air time next season (please let there be a next season) then I think I would probably get used to it. But the facial hair I'm not sure about, it looked like a hairball glued on. That needs to be done better.
  7. No and that is bothering me. Sarah and Helena seemed to be growing closer and it just seems odd that there is no mention of her over several days except by little Kira. It just doesn't seem like Sarah would just abandon her if she had any idea that she was back with the Proletheans. Maybe she just thinks she was released from Jail and took off? But I can't figure out why Sarah says to Kira "she asks about you all the time". I don't know if we are supposed to think from that comment that Sarah has talked to Helena? Does she have a clone phone? I think Kira with her super powers would sense Sarah was making that up. Anyways it's one of the reasons I was initially annoyed with the episode because I wanted some intel on Helena but I'm over it now. I do applaud the show for the dialogue they have created on the internet with Tony. It has been really interesting reading the reactions and the conversations this has sparked. They do like to stretch the boundaries, which in the end is what makes the show so brilliant. Sometimes it feels messy but there's a method to their madness I think. Just don't wear out Tatiana in the process please. Now I am just looking forward to Episode 9 and what is in store for everyone. I kind of feel like Rachel and Paul have known each other longer then the audience has seen them together. She has made some comments that make it seem like they may be working together. Maybe Rachel is trying to take down the Neolutionist too from the inside out? Too bad this is only a 10 episode show.
  8. Naah He's to crucial to the clones story being told. I wouldn't be able to watch without Felix either. Cal could be in trouble though? I would love to see him and Kira and Sarah make a family with occasional visits from the Aunties and Uncle Fee but I feel like Sarah's character is never meant to be settled. She's meant to lead the clone club in bringing down the secret societies that threaten their existence.
  9. I don't like that synopsis for this week. Tragic consequences for those sarah's loved ones...doesn't sound good. That would be who...Kira, Mrs S, Felix and her Sestra clones right?? If they can use Kira's bone marrow wouldn't Sarah maybe also be a match? Or should we assume because they are clones their bone marrow would carry the same disease. I don't really know enough about bone marrow I suppose but it would just seem that a non-sick clone would be an good donor for a sick one and since Sarah is considered a failure maybe her cells are stronger or don't carry the disease that has affected Cosima? Anyways the only person on this show that I can part with is Delphine...I don't trust her. I think she has an agenda. I would have said Art before but I now like the Art-Felix investigative team that has developed. And it's always good to have a cop in the clone club even if he's not the smartest guy on the force..
  10. First time posting here and I'll start by saying I love this show and recommend it to everyone but unfortunately....Tony felt very indulgent to me at this stage in the series with only a few episodes left. If they wanted to go in that direction he would have been a better reveal at the end of episode 10 and developed in the next season. He did not work and wasn't needed to deliver the message about Paul, that could have been handled without dedicating much of the episode to get to that end. With that said it is the creators and writers show so they can attempt to explore whatever they want and they usually do a brilliant job at delivering a message. It's the first time I ever felt like a clone was used as a gimmick in an episode. I still think this is the best stuff on TV right now. I thought the dialogue between Felix and Tony seemed very honest and real and Tatiana was excellent in the role of a transgender even if the makeup didn't lend a hand this time. Perhaps my reaction to Tony in simply based on the fact that there are so many other characters with great stories going on, that I don't like Tatiana sharing screen time with a newbie Tatiana. How weird is that statement?? It's funny when we go two episodes without seeing one of the resident clones you really start to miss that part of Tatiana's repertoire. She embodies them all so well and we've come to know them now as we head to the end of season two. We need some Helena please. Tony is needed when the other story lines are worn out. For now we need to see some direction with Cosima and Sarah and Cal and Kira and Rachel and Duncan and Paul and Mrs. S. There's a lot to deal with already this season. Again I applaud the attempt at inclusion of an overlooked group of people but for the sake of the quality of the story it just didn't seem like the right time for a new clone.
