[UPDATE RELATED] More notification glitches

Another notification glitch--I received one this morning or late last night informing me the moderator (at the time) created a Small Talk topic for Real Time with Bill Maher. When in fact, it was just another poster commenting in that thread. The topic had been created back in August of 2014.

It looks like we're experiencing some glitchy-weirdness which should hopefully be resolved with the next update.
