SoMuchTV June 11, 2019 Share June 11, 2019 I just noticed some entries under the "recently added" shows that I know for sure have been forums forever. Most noticeable to me was "The Simpsons". Sure enough, The Simpsons is no longer on my home page and the link under "recently added" now goes to a single thread. It looks like that thread is a merge of all the separate threads that used to be on the Simpsons forum. Did I miss an announcement? Is this still part of the cleanup that happened with the big update a few months ago? Link to comment
Meredith Quill June 11, 2019 Share June 11, 2019 Some forums will be crunched or vaulted at intervals as required, just as some topics will be upgraded to full forums when the need arises. This is an ongoing process. 1 Link to comment

This is an ongoing process. Thanks, got it. I know I don't get a vote in this, but can I just say that it can get confusing when a show with multiple threads gets "crunched". People will be referring to "this episode" and it's no longer clear what that is. Especially for shows that are popular in reruns or syndication, and it would be nice to be able to go back and read the comments on a particular episode. But you gotta do what you gotta do, I know. Will we just learn about these when they show up in "recently added"? Link to comment

We're presently reviewing how this stuff will be handled moving forward. If that results in any changes to the current process we'll announce it. 1 Link to comment
