Even though I check “remember me,” I constantly have to log in.

Is this every time you visit the site or does it happen when you're already logged in as well? Also, what device, OS and browser are you using?

Ok, thanks, how long have you been experiencing this problem? Clearing your cookies may resolve this issue.

Since it became Primetimer.

Sometimes cookies can become corrupted, particularly as you state it started happening after the switchover.

Not to mention that, discovering the source of this kind of problem is often a process of elimination. So, refreshing your cache eliminates that from the 'what's causing this issue' suspect list at least, if it doesn't actually resolve the problem. (95% of the time, however, it does).

@Runningwild Do you have cookies set to expire after a set period or do you accept them automatically?

I cleared all my cookies and my search history. I no longer have a search history when I try to look something up. I haven’t done anything since then.

We can only assume this is caused by something on your end as we've found no cause here despite extensive investigation and no-one else has reported experiencing this issue.
