[Not A Bug] Strange behavior when creating a thread

I was just creating a thread ( https://forums.previously.tv/topic/92164-s1705-auditions-5/ )

and after the form submission I got:

Error code: 2F173/1

The thread created properly but it's still strange.

The site was running uber slow for a few minutes a short time ago. I'm going to put that weirdness down to that. If it happens again, please let me know.
