Breaking the Band - General Discussion

[guilty pleasure]

Hi. I didn't see this show listed, but I pray someone else has watched it. I am not speaking of any specific episode, they are ALL bad. I just changed cable providers, and was excited to see that my favorite would be profiled in a day or so.  Boy was I in for major disappointment!

 The episode was factually challenged, the reenactments poorly done.  Ah, but the wigs...LOL and OMG!!!  I have not seen anything so poorly done in a very long time.  I'm wondering if this is supposed to be a comedy or what. The lousy costumes/wigs are a constant in all episodes.

So, I'm seeking input from others..is it as bad as I believe it to be?

Your message is over 4 years old but thought I would reply anyway.🙂 The reenactments (and wigs) were pretty sad... very sad... in the first seasons, but the show has improved over the years. They use real footage of the bands now and much better editing. It's actually enjoyable. At least to me.
