The Gulager clan of wandering, film making "gypsies" would seem like ideal spin off material. Maybe they were approached for that and were just too pure/difficult to do it? Charlie Baker September 13, 2015 Share September 13, 2015 (edited) I'm only halfway through, but I do see the Bravo-ization of the show and also how it reflects rather than pushes against industry norms. The writers seem ready to iump right in and play the industry game. The pre-production seems a bit more business as usual. (Even down to the casting director slipping in her favorite to the studio list without running it by the producers and director?) The director seems the clueless naif wandering about this jungle, though I'm not really buying it and I find him hard to warm up to. Paws September 15, 2015 Share September 15, 2015 I freaking LOVED Showdog Moms & Dads. I don't remember much other than Kira and Chalcy the wonder dog. Oh and the lady who screamed "that dog bit me in the vagina!" Season 3 PG for me is most notable for its casting of Dr McSteamy (Eric Dane).
