We use UK/international air dates. Please read the thread title and make sure you are in the correct episode. If a show is not available for USA or Netflix USA airing, it has been marked "Unaired USA."

For clarification:

• UK BBC S4 (2013) = US PBS S2 (2015) = US Netflix collection 2

• UK S8 (2017) = UK Channel 4 S1 = US Netflix collection 5

Channel 4 also started to use its own series number after it bought GBBO in 2017.

Canada (CBC) Watchers: Series 8 (2017) is currently airing. Please direct all your S08 discussion to the applicable episode thread. To avoid confusion with PBS S5/S03, I will not pin it, but may bump it. There is a good chance S09 will air towards the end of both CBC and PBS showings and I will pin accordingly. Thank you!

I have updated the first post of this thread with general guidelines on this forum and clarified the PBS vs BBC season numbers.

Series 9 will premiere this Tuesday August 28 on Channel 4 in the UK. These episodes will be marked with an "Unaired USA" tag.

Netflix USA will stream Series 8 (the first Channel 4 series) on August 31. I will remove the Unaired USA tags from all Series 8 episode threads. Please be careful when clicking on episode topics and check before you read/post. Series 9 episode threads will be full of spoilers. When it appears on Netflix later this year, I will remove the tags accordingly.

Netflix USA is dropping Series 8 (2017) tomorrow. They are calling it Season 5, not to be confused with BBC S5 or PBS S5.

Clarification (added above): Netflix's “The Great British Baking Show: The Beginnings.” is BBC Series 3 (2012)/PBS Season 5. All episode threads should start with S03.
