On Call is a Drama TV Series with all eight half-hour episodes released on  January 9, 2024 on Prime Video. On Call follows a pair of police officers on patrol in Long Beach, CA, a twelve year veteran police training officer, Traci Harmon, and Alex Diaz, an ambitious police trainee, 

from the time they respond to a new radio call, arrive on the scene, up until they resolve the incident.

Unique aspects of the show include the time length, the method on filming, incorporating a mixture of bodycam, dash-camera, and cellphone footage to add "realness" and "truth" to the scenes, 

as the show attempts to depict the morality of protecting and serving their community, the loss of a fellow officer, and the politics of modern day policing.

Troian Bellisario as Traci Harmon, a hard-charging but protective twelve year veteran officer who's disillusioned with the job and struggles to find her place in the department while training the next generation of officers.

Brandon Larracuente as Alex Diaz, an ambitious Latino trainee who grapples with holding onto his optimistic outlook as he realizes the challenges he'll face as a police officer in today's climate. He has a lot of energy.
