Teaser Video

Detective Inspector Philip Boyd of the PSNI is a straitlaced, teetotaling, reactionary Presbyterian, who gets teamed up with Detective Inspector Aoife Regan of the Garda, who is foul-mouthed, has a constant attitude, is unapologetically gay and resentful that she is relegated to what she calls "the boglands". Neither is happy about the assignment. They rarely agree on anything and get off to a rocky start, but can they put aside their personal and professional differences in order to solve the brutal cases occurring along the border, a beautiful and rugged rural wilderness, "Bandit Country". Will they overcome their initial friction to form an unlikely, but formidable crime-fighting partnership. In this season there are three cases that take two episodes each to solve.
