In the UK, A Good Girl's Guide To Murder will stream on BBC iPlayer in July 2024 as well as air on BBC Three, it will stream on Stan in Australia. Season 1 of A Good Girl's Guide To Murder will adapt the first book of this young adult three part series, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (2019), which also includes Good Girl, Bad Blood (2020) and As Good as Dead (2021) by Holly Jackson. There is also a prequel novella about Pip Fitz-Amobi, called Kill Joy (2021). Five years ago, in the picture-perfect English town of Little Kilton, a high school girl, Andie Bell (her body has never been found), was murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh, he confessed to the crime, before taking his own life. The case was closed. The police knew he did it. Everyone in town knew he did it. Pip Fitz-Amobi, a 17-year-old girl who fondly remembers Sal Singh from her youth, picks Andie Bell's murder as the subject for senior high school class project. Pip reaches out Sal Singh's brother, Ravi Singh to get a better understanding of what might have transpired. Together they attempt to piece together what really happened.
