[NOT A BUG] Not Receiving Reaction Notifications

This might be a glitch, but it's happened twice to me now. I will see I have notifications, but when I click on the bell, all I see is the previous notification (be it a reaction, quote, or comment) that I already saw/read.

And when I go to a thread (this time it was The View), I noticed a reaction from my last post, but never received notification of said reaction. First I thought maybe because my post might have been deleted, but it's still there. But I did receive subsequent reaction notifications to the same comment/post.

I'm blanking on the last time it happened. But it was for a different forum/show/thread.
