[BUG, FIXED] Favicon is now low-res

I guess this happened a while ago, when the forums were upgraded, but the favicon for the site (I think here, based on the CSS) is pretty low-rez now. Or maybe that's always been the desktop favicon, but on iPad, saving the site to the browser's favorites page saves it as a 1.2 cm square icon and the old favicon was much higher resolution.

Looks like most of the share icons are actually missing and everything is falling back on the .ico file, which is bizarrely almost 100k in size. Patched in a bit then its the usual your device caches, and so on, and so forth, before you see anything new.

EDIT: I'm leaving the ico alone for now, but proper images for Open Graph sharing and Application icons (iPad/Phone, Android) are in place now.

EDIT 2: Looks good on Android hi-rez screen. FYI this is all specific to forums.primetimer.com; the main domain is out of my hands
