Their tv app is now on the Apple TV (Apple TV remote 😡😡😡) it has been nothing but annoyances, problems, etc that all seem to have no answer. Customer service is pretty bad. They don’t even acknowledge that the problem exists when clearly they can see it because they can remotely look into your app  I’ve had issues with recordings that have no sound, where Fast forwarding  & rewinding on a recording does not work normally on certain channels, you cannot get through the program. On one TV it takes a good 15 seconds for the app to stop buffering and actually come on initially and when switching and it’s only the spectrum app, not any of the others.
