Could Francesca be any more of a bitch to Elizabeth, OK she might screw up a few things but she’s putting in an effort. It’s not like this job is rocket science! Francesca is an uptight asshole. Everybody needs to have any attitude.

In comparison to other Chief Stews (e.g. Kate or Hannah), I thought Chess was much nicer and more patient.

Definitely a poor choice firing Elizabeth. If she can’t manage her, she is a shitty chief stew. 
I’m pretty sure there’s a bit of jealousy going on there too. Elizabeth had a great attitude and made a few honest mistakes. It definitely made Francesca look like a snobby hater bitch.
