SoMuchTV July 3, 2020 Share July 3, 2020 I've been noticing this and been curious about it for a while. When I'm on my custom home page, the "bell" icon at the top right will have a red circle with the number of new notifications. Usually when I click on the bell, it shows me a drop-down box with my recent notifications, with the unread ones in bold. Then once I click one of them, it takes me to that post, and the "new" notifications go away (no longer bold, no red number on the bell). I just have to remember which ones were new if I want to follow those links. But once in a while, when I click on the "bell", instead of the drop-down box, it gives me a whole new page with just notifications. I can use the bold links to go a new one, then use my browser back button to go back to the notifications page. I can't figure out anything I'm doing differently, and haven't been able to find any setting that controls it. Either way is fine with me, just wondering what makes it different sometimes. Windows PC, Firefox browser. Link to comment
Meredith Quill July 14, 2020 Share July 14, 2020 This hasn't happened to me and I'm unable to reproduce it. This sounds like what happens when the 'View all notifications' link is clicked, but clicking the bell icon shouldn't take you there as that link is at the very bottom of the notification dropdown menu, weirdness. Suffice to say, no idea why that should occur. I'll mention it to the devs tho, thanks for letting me know. Link to comment
