[NOT A BUG] Red announcement box at top of thread not bottom

The red announcement box is displaying at the top of the thread instead of the bottom.

You're using the IPS default theme, which doesn't support all functionality on the site. To enjoy all site functionality - including correct placement of Topic Announcements - please switch your theme to either Light or Dark.

Light and Dark themes don’t work with streams (goes to first post of thread instead of first new post).

There's a maintenance update happening fairly soon that will hopefully resolve that.
