[BUG, FIXED] Mark Forum as Read Not Working

This stopped working (again!) late last night. I cleared my cache, history, etc., thinking that might be the problem. But nope.

As it's become a regular glitch, I'll mention it to the devs. Usually it resolves itself within a day or two, fingers crossed.
