statsgirl October 30, 2019 Share October 30, 2019 Yesterday I suddenly couldn't reply in topics or to messages or see tweets or videos that are embedded in posts on my laptop. My cellphone works but I'm limited in what I can do with it. I checked all the settings but nothing. I cleared my cache and signed in again but the problem still persisted. I tried in a private window and it works here but still I still can't reply etc. in the normal window. Any suggestions? Link to comment
Meredith Quill October 30, 2019 Share October 30, 2019 I logged in as you and was able to reply and start a new topic in Test Zone, so this is probably caused by a browser issue at your end. You can test this by logging into the site using a different browser. If that works then your original browser likely has a plugin that's causing the issue, which you'd need to disable.
