I never saw ELVIS. I recognized Austin Butler instantly as Tex Watson from ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD.

Sheldon does learn from experience, especially humiliating experience. Remember on Registration Day (?) when all his clothes were ruined and he even had to duct tape the front of his pants? He would NEVER let that happen again. He'd have emergency spares of everything - and probably multiple spares.

As for whether you COULD duct tape a twelve year old or even an adult to the wall -- of course you could. But the victim would have to cooperate, or at least hold pretty still until A LOT of strips were attached. It would take a lot of the students holding a panicked Sheldon against the wall, at least after it was clear what they were doing. Having that many hands on him? He'd be fighting for his life. And tape over his mouth? That would be about the FIRST thing, not the last thing.
As for whether 'Dennis' could track down Connie and Dale... he might not know their names or location but Connie found HIM through "a guy who knows a guy, etc." He should be able to backtrack the same network if he wanted to.

Last season, was it an Alexa or a Siri that could "hear" Alberta? One or the other... she was surprised that she could give it orders.
She already has the power to sing in such a way that livings are aware of it, even if not distinctly. But her ghostly voice can clearly register on certain microphones, so can't she communicate with Jay or others by saying, "Alexa, repeat after me..."? Real time verbal language.

Well MY bow tie (lower photo) WAS the real Carnegie Tartan. I cut it down from one of dad's tartan neckties (he had 6 or 7 of them at least). BTW; two days from now, Sept 19, will be our late dad's 100th birthday!❤

Replying to Johntfs's "Fanfic speculation" about Steve Roger's hibernating in Wakanda until they figure out a way to use vibranium to cure old age:
They already have a cure for old age and Smart Hulk knows how to use it! Before Tony came in and perfected the quantum time machine, instead of "Pushing Scott through time, they pushed TIME through SCOTT", making him subsequently a twelve-year-old, an old man, and a baby. All of whom (maybe not the baby) retained Scott's memory and knowledge - and one of whom peed in his suit. What's to stop them from "pushing time through Steve" to make him young and fit again?

But it has to be at least partially a physical transformation... when we've seen Harry in his full, original form he's much taller and his human clothes wouldn't fit. Max sees his alien face and hands, and therefore doesn't know what Harry "looks like" to other people. I think this was demonstrated last season when they did a photo array and he couldn't pick out Harry (Alan Tudyk). But then, was that a photo of HumanHarry, or...? And if a photo was taken of AlienHarry would Max see it as human or alien? Would other people see his "real" face, since a Mental Projection shouldn't work on a camera? Lots of questions.

I got Bangladesh almost immediately, but then tried to think of any alternatives... but then, there couldn't be, if it's the ONLY country ending in H (Canadah? Russiah? Mexicoh?)! I thought it was noteworthy that the clue stipulated the name of the country "in English". That made me think of Österreich which is the name of Austria IN GERMAN. Are there other countries that would fit "ends in H" in their own languages?

The similar dystopian movie with Bruce Dern would be Silent Running.
As for Rocinante, in college I 'built' stick-horse Rocinante (and Sancho's donkey) out of paper mache and burlap for a production of Man of LaMancha.

My favourite Mr Fix is Robert Newton from the '56 version (I think it was his last role). He was such a magnificent scenery-chewer, best known as Long John Silver from Disney's TREASURE ISLAND and as Bill Sikes in David Lean's version of OLIVER TWIST.

But they're not powerful ghosts like Captain Gregg in THE GHOST AND MRS MUIR. He could appear and disappear at will, show himself to anyone he pleased, move objects, open and close doors. Heck, his moods even controlled or influenced the local weather. These ghosts are impotent compared to him. Although, the one thing I don't remember seeing is whether he ever traveled any distance from his property.

As for Not Following the Rules, well, there are rules and then there's I Want What I Want. He told his parents truthfully he was going out to meet his comic book friends ... he just didn't mention that it would be at Texarkana(KHAAAAN!)
Shedon could have invited Dr. Sturgis to go with him (Hee! Dressed as a Ferengi Grand Nagus!) but John's recent confounding of "Dr. Spock" and "Mr. McCoy" probably eliminated him from Sheldon's consideration.

I've been thinking more about the 'physical' properties of the Ghosts. They walk through walls and closed doors, but don't sink through the floors; they sit on furniture without going 'through' and sleep in (or on) beds. Do they need to sleep or is it just custom/habit? When Nancy woke up on Pete's bed (he was sleeping on the floor) I tried to notice if the covers moved but I couldn't tell. They can touch and handle their own clothing - and touch each other's - but apparently can't disrobe or change (but Sas did talk about 'Ghost Sex'?) Do they need to breathe? They can smell things, and enjoy food aromas. Gravity obviously has some effect on them - they stand and walk but never float around like Casper... So many questions.

We don't know for sure if it was just iron itself. I thought maybe the vault was lead‐lined; if Superman can't see through it, ghosts can't walk through it?
Pete and Thorfinn both bounced off the door - so it had to be "solid" to them. Once the door was open, could they still touch it/move it/swing it back and forth? On a related note, I remember a throwaway line from early on with Trevor (I think) remarking that they pass through walls and doors, but wondering why they don't go through the floor.

I remember the original Paper Chase. Professor Kingsfield's daughter was played by a young Lindsey Wagner (😍) a few years before The Bionic Woman.
SCTV once did a sketch with previews of upcoming shows (always on 'Thursdays at 9:00') and one was Magnum: PEI which showed John Candy in an aloha shirt and a Selleck mustache chasing a guy across a field. He tripped -- and came up with a dirt covered potato in his mouth!

in Ghosts (US)
I'm glad the show didn't decide to include a ghost stripper in the club scene. Having a couple of dudes who died stupidly on site was funny enough. Having one or more of the girls die at work and have to hang around in whatever state of undress forever would just be sad -- like something out of THE SOPRANOS.
