Nose guy wasn't fully healed, he's going to look much better. Swelling eventually goes down in plastic surgery. His nose was noticeably unstraight before. The woman they turned down, they were basically saying so much was done to her eyes already, she just had to stop. Not what she wanted to hear, but I'm sure it's true.
