  1. It’s railroad tracks -slightly elevated - so not only will they see the wall, they see (and hear) the trains. On the other side of the tracks is a building for part of city government and an auto auction lot. I-70 is two blocks north. It’s still a challenging neighborhood. For the person who asked if all lots in Indy were so narrow - the near-Southside, where the show is done, is just about the oldest part of the city. Lots there are definitely smaller and the houses closer together than is other neighborhoods.
