The plaintiff comes off as highly irritated snobby and is a total b-tch … yes the defendant didn’t have the right to go into the person‘s house, and it was obvious that she was pissed that they blocked her in,, but if these people weren’t Buttheads and blocked her in then the issue wouldn’t have happened. They should’ve left a note on her car saying next time we will get your vehicle towed if it’s on our driveway being the nice Canadian that’s what I would’ve done… instead of being rude and blocking her in since they didn’t know the circumstances being the defendant thought it was someone else’s place….. . I think the defendant was a little bit kookey but seemed like she’s a nice person and these people overreacted… in my opinion. Also burglary is something a little bit more serious than moving someone’s car lol
