I'm confused about La Habana, Ramona blew it up in E4 or E5 so Nadia could claim the insurance money in order to pay the ransom to bring Arman back, but now in E7 the memorial service is at LA Habana? What am I missing? There wasn't any eposide about the rebuild and Nadia wouldn't have had the money to rebuild it if she took the insurance money to pay the ransom, not to mention the time it would take to rebuild it. Can someone tell me what I missed?
