Re Why 'Robert Robinson'?: Gail was adopted & the father who raised her was named Rob Lewis. So as weird as it sounds to hear together, that was likely rationale behind the choice. Lucinda(Elle) was after Lucy, Paul's sister. Cameron was the one I figured Gail probably just liked the name because there hadn't been a character with that name up to that point in the show(there would be later)
