  1. Also was a very popular child actor of the 1940s who worked with legends like Elsa Lanchester, Reginald Owen, etc. The only former 1940s child star who is still around is the legendary Margaret O'Brien! He was one f the main actors in the original Secret Garden, which was made in the 40s and featured Margaret O'Brien, too.

I don't know Travis Scott, except that his baby mama is Kylie Jenner of the Kardashian family. Supposedly he has a history of inciting ant-social behavior at his concerts. He calls it "raging." This includes encouraging fans to jump the security gates, which happened here: there's video of hundreds of people pouring in with a couple security guards and a couple police officers on horseback powerless to stop them. Years ago, he encouraged fans to jump from a high distance; one young man was pushed and remains partially paralyzed to this day. He's been charged with disorderly conduct at 2 previous concerts.

    WTF....what a tool.

Has-been actress Kristy Swanson who has been spreading vaccine misinformation is now in the hospital with Covid, pneumonia, and is on oxygen. Got my booster today!

She was promoting misinformation with Scott Baio on that movie of his by some Christian company or something. I hate say it, but karma, my friend. Pure karma. I don't have sympathy with those that spread misinformation. She knew what she was getting herself into.

For the same reason she does everything she does, Madonna needs attention or she will die.

re: touring. I can understand both sides. These are tough times and there is a desire to get "back to normal" however, our desire to get back to normal is keeping us from actually getting back to normal because all these group events/gatherings are just keeping the virus alive. It would be great to find a way to have concerts but keep people safe, but so long as people continue to be people (people are, collectively, idiots) that isn't going to happen any time soon. :(

I mean, look at what Stevie Nicks did three months ago. When I look at these artists' and their pretty well-documented lives, I wondered if they are immuno-compromised at this point. I mean, Stevie did drugs for how many years and she is in her 70s. I know she is no longer a drug addict, but still... The Stones....forget it. They were doing drugs as long as our parents were around and practically were already still on drugs when our parents were entering in their 20s. So I am wondering if a lifestyle they lived should be scaled back or something. I mean, Jon Bon Jovi and all those 80 hairbands...? They were all heavy drinkers that would later be diagnosed with diabetes!!! I am not trying to be funny here, people, but look at the facts. I hate to say this, but this disease could attack those that lived that lifestyle in a bygone era.

  5. Now I am wondering who could play Armand....I know Timothee Chamalet is out of the question. He has too many moves to do for Dune. Way too big and he is doing a sequel for Call Me By Your Name. I really remember reading that Anne Rice doesn't want a 17 year old because they age out the roles. The only one that would be ideal is Romann Berrux, who played young Fergus, in The Outlander. He is practically now in his early 20s and has a very youthful face. I would love to see who plays Armand. I think they are looking at those born between 1996 and early 2000s. I would believe that is their plan. I mean, they would not have a real life 17 year old, but they could have those that could pass for teenagers. I would probably be surprised if they picked Jack Kilmer. Hehehe....

I like Sudeikis and all, and I was genuinely excited for this episode, but so far, this is really not my humour!

The Mellen thing was unexpected though.  Lol.

The Math Teacher sketch with Ego was okay too, I guess.  But man I don't care for potty humour.   And what even kind of humour was that Annie sketch?  Cannibalism humour?  Maybe Sudeikis was always like this?

I am losing my MIND excited over Kieran Culkin being the next host.

It makes sense since his brother was there, too. He was also in a recurring sketch called Da Bears, which always features George Wendt and Robert Smigel..Macauley Culkin hosted SNL back in 1991! You think they will show that episode....?

  7. Honestly, I don't think anybody could top Kirsten Dunst's Claudia. She owned that role and being only 12 years old at the time, quite a range. True, the character of Claudia was much younger than Kirsten's, but I really cannot see anybody playing that character. Especially the new actress playing the Claudia role. I think Kirsten played that part so well...

I just don't understand how a person without a medical degree gets to decide whether or not certain patients get certain treatment. I hope that this is only true in TV land.  Or maybe this is how things work with privatized health care.

I've just seen the first three episodes of the season back-to-back.  I am REALLY pissed off that we never saw a scene where Glassman apologizes to Shaun and Lea.  That toast at their engagement party crossed a serious line by a great deal, and everyone is acting like it never happened.

Add me to the list of people who is wondering why they are dressing Lea so terribly.  They keep putting her in outfits that are not flattering at all.  Everyone else seems well dressed, though those pleated pants on Jordan were dreadful as well.

I think that Shaun is going to lose his shit when he sees that billboard.

It's the Delta Burke/Wendy Jo curse! Put women who are either a plus size or a little meat on the bones in unflattering clothes and they could look horrible as well. Hollywood still hasn't learned their lessons!
