I agree! I’ve had 2 dogs and known 2 others friends dogs with this syndrome. All the dogs recovered and lived on, sometimes with recurring episodes that also resolve. And the dog is very much “there” and just needs support to finding food and water until they recover from the dizziness. The puking was from being dizzy. Sometimes it’s ear problems, not just “something with the brain”. How terrible that lady lost her companion when Abby probably had a couple years left!
