Oliver is not as interesting as you may think. He has not been living in the wilderness since he was 14. He lived in the city in a tent and then rented a run down house for ages (the one he lived behind) and then lived in another nicer and newer house for a few years, until he was forced to go live in the hole. He has tried to live the mountain man persona, but has not been living in the wilderness for 25 years.
