On my second viewing of this episode I caught the conversation at the table when Emily was telling the others about having just booked an ATV ride and they all thought she meant it was for all of them, but she had to clarify that it was just for her and Brennan. Hmmmm.......
Also, they made mention of her "track record" (presumably her being accident prone) and cautioned her to be careful.
Now I don't want to jump on the bandwagon claiming that the accident was a fake, but I do think all of that was just a little TOO coincidental.
What makes me think it was fake is that they wouldn't have shown all the blood and close ups if it were an actual accident. So I absolutely think it was fake.

For those who missed the After Party, Emily also mentioned that she can hear "everything" that goes on in Austin's and Becca's apartment because they are directly above Emily. She could hear the obstacle course game and was wondering what was going on. Nothing, Emily, nothing goes on up there. But you already know this....and be sure to tell America next chance you get, you untrustworthy friend, you.

Watched the Afterparty. Michael bought his first bride earrings and kept them for himself - he was wearing them when he told the group about his second go-round. I love that. (He also bought a bracelet that he returned, and a book he gave to another friend). He got a haircut - he has a buzz cut with a part now. He’s also pretty emotionally intelligent.
Austin was like “I’m not going to give you details” and Emily haughtily asked “Why not?” Keisha said it was up to him how much he wanted to disclose. THEN Emily said that Becca told her that after the romantic date that we saw, “nothing happened.” Austin said that they didn’t have sex but they went further than they had before.
Keisha was kicking Emily’s ass. I love it. “Let me be clear with you, Emily …” Emily was saying that Brennan talked in circles, but Keisha was asking her direct questions (“what happened?” “What did you say?”) that Emily rather bitchily refused to answer - despite giving Austin shit for not telling more of his business that she’d already aired. She came across as a huge asshole.
I forgot to mention that Austin said pressuring guys about sex is not good. My mind immediately went to: pressure me and I can't get an erection.

Someone will come along and correct me, but it was something along the lines of Becca telling Emily that Becca tried to make a move on Austin and he called her horny girl and put an end to whatever she was trying to do. I was shocked that Emily would discuss something so personal on tee vee. I think Austin was shocked, too. Rightly so. Emily said something like, it's hard on a girl to try to make a move on a guy and then be shut down like that.
Also, Austin made it seem like they barely even make out. He's definitely not into her.

It was completely inappropriate for Emily to disclose, on national television, what Becca said about her interaction with Austin.
While I liked getting the gossip, she was completely wrong for doing it.
I am convinced that Austin plays for the other team.

Spoken aloud, what most people say in place of "should have" is the contraction "should've." There is nothing wrong with "should've," in spoken English. What makes me nuts is all the people who don't know that what they're saying is not "should of," and write out (type out) "should of." It makes my eyes bleed.

I really like Cam and hate the way he is treated by Clare. She doesn't like him, doesn't want him, but wants to be on TV. She has a full-time smirk and she thinks she is so much better than he is. She isn't.
It is sad seeing how little the men care about their wives. Especially when the wives are starting to really like them. It was hard watching Emily when Brennan couldn't say he wasn't attracted to her, which clearly says that he is not.
Becca and Austin (I think - is he the good looking one?) seem ok, but we really haven't seen any romantic sparks there, either. But, he seems like a nice guy.
I am guessing that we will see Orion and Lauren at least once more, to finalize things. Then, I don't want to see them again.
Other than the times we saw Orion and Lauren making out, which were gross, I don't think anyone even kisses their partner. Certainly, no one has consummated their marriages. That might be a first.
I think they should be required to be on the After Party and required to move in together straight after the honeymoon--no taking 3 or 4 days to go back to your house to do I-don't-know-what.
I agree with you on Cam and Clare. I really like him and his sense of humor. And yes, Clare think she's better than him. He seems like a really nice guy. I hate Clare's lips. They're stupid.
I think Austin is slowly getting over Becca and really isn't into her like she is into him. He's the one with the heavy beard and 189 baseball caps.
I didn't like Emily at first, but she's grown on me. Brennan (I honestly didn't know this was a man's name) is an asshole.

I think Brennan is turned off by Emily's past and how many sexual partners she's had.
I fast forward through all part of the After Party except with the guests are speaking. Same with the stupid polls that are on during the show.
Austin isn't into Becca like Becca is into Austin.
Clare's an asshole for her comments about Cameron's home. Cameron's an asshole for those sticky bug traps. I take spiders outside if I can catch them. If not, they live inside with me.

The After Party is a 30 minute show with a host asking questions to three guests. It is on immediately after MAFS. Guests are from the show or an occasional guest like the host's husband or an influencer? I don't know who they are and am annoyed because I don't care what they have to say. Clips from the show are shown and guests comment on the clips. I always wonder when the After Show is taped. The host is Keisha Knight Pulliam. It's mostly a nothing burger with the occasional spilling of tea on the side for good measure. Sometimes.

Clare looks waaayyy older than 26 or 27. I'd add another 10 years to that.
Her make up doesn't help. Hate the highlighted pieces of hair at the front and really, really hate the overblown lips.

Clayton's story seems to be a repeat of Coltee and Larissa, except Clayton doesn't APPEAR to be a slimy douchebag. Very sheltered and I think he realizes his mom is going to be an issue, that she does have a problem. But, he doesn't know how to get ahead of it, I am curious if he is an only child or if the rest of the family has cut her off due to the hoarding. His fiancee is looking for a green card and will bolt quickly. Not sure if that will be before or after she deep fries his guinea pigs---they are a delicacy in Peru, very true.
Piggy and Nick----it was refreshing to see someone on this show not made up with 20 lbs of makeup and dripping in logos, but Piggy please, chew with your mouth closed.
I was so grossed out by the both of them, chewing while talking, sauce on their mouth, chewing with the mouths open. Seem to be made for each other, no?
