I was just going to ask if anyone else noticed last night that Season 15 had been added. LOL!  Also, I'm getting annoyed with how Pluto has started running that incessant "We'll be right back" stuff between episodes when they used to run them one right after another.  I don't want to hear that noise over and over for 5 minutes or however long it is while waiting for the next episode.

it was doing it for like 10+ minutes at the end of episodes last night, legitimately creeped me out lol

I agree the candidates are much stronger now but also the season where covid was rampant, did the candidates learn the dances ahead of time? Also, as someone said..Paramount+ has seasons 1-15.

i've been rewatching season 15 and thinking about that. all of them seemed SOOOOO strong and it was constantly 'omg they're outdancing the vets!' but didn't they have a while to perfect the dances before showing up so they didn't look like baby deer when TC started

I really wish Kelly would start to see that the TCC are now young women, who want to/have to have a full time job - a post collegiate job. Even if that means learning lets say 40 dances as opposed to the 50 during the summer. I really wish I could ask a fan who attended to a game with seats by the DCC, in their respective corner,  if they could tell if they repeated a dance during a game.

I remember the TCC who was in pharmaceutical sales - before auditions, as she moved from xxx, and wound up quitting partly b/c of training camp. Yes the biggest issue her territory was too big, driving wise.  Kelli goes on to say she had a list of 2-3 employers who would like to hire . Thankfully she made it to the team (I think). I would love to know what type of job and pay of those positions. Even nurse Lauren said she left her position for the duration of camp.

What I find annoying is she 'expects' them to go to school or have full-time jobs, but makes it very clear that the TC schedule is completely inflexible, and 'if you have any conflicts, bye!'

You want well rounded adult women with careers to be DCCs, but you make it damn near impossible for anyone to get through TC without quitting their job or scaling back to a part-time job that doesn't even utilize their schooling.

How many people have we seen quit their jobs during TC? Even in season 10 also, Kat's intro segment is about how she has a cool job at an ad agency, and then soon after that, she's like, yeah, I quit my job :/

Then in s13 Kristin was exhausted and sleepy all the time (and it seemed to show) because she worked full time and had to drive a ton to make it to practice after work. Sounds like an absolutely exhausting endeavor for literally anyone who has to actually support themselves

  4. Does anyone know why it seems like fans of this show are so obsessed with Bridget and hold her in such high regard? She was on the squad for only two years, and it's not like we saw her that much on the show.

I will say it was odd when Marty pulled her out as a rookie on that one routine he taught and went in on how she supposedly looked like such a completely different dancer than everyone else and looked nervous or whatever. Just saw that part again. Felt very unnecessary.

From what I can see she was a solid dancer and seemed smart and like she had a good head on her shoulders, and she was pretty with a girl-next-door-type look, but she wasn't, like, a bombshell.

Was she really that good a dancer (and it wasn't really showcased on the show)?

I was watching S13 for the first time in years yesterday...why was Kashara called so late at finals? Girl looked like she was near tears. She was point in S12 for crying out loud...she got called after Jessika who got the “probably going to get cut” edit and certain rookies who had less than stellar auditions.

By S13 I was also tired of Phil and his dance parties. Poor girls are exhausted and nervous, sure...let’s hsve a staged “dance party” for the cameras.

I don't know if S12 was just a fluke, but Hannah's kicks got way better, that is probably why she finally made it in S13. Once on the team she had to line up next to Lacey, so no low kick would go unnoticed for sure!

Edit:  I guess this back extension move is really hard as well? If anything, she was flexible.

Not your bad.  It's an excellent observation and yes, the team is long overdue for a POC point.

Thanks <3 I love Ashlee so much. I love that she came in as an underdog with way less training than the other women, but she still kills it, because she has natural talent and a special pop that can't be taught. That's why so many people are vocal about wanting her as point...she just has it. She would be an incredible point.

Doesn't help that I find Caroline incredibly boring

that you have mentioned in the past that it's weird how they'll show a scene, break to commercial, then repeat the scene they just showed; they are doing almost the same weird thing with the seasons.

lol i thought that was just me and a weird computer lag i had. sometimes this happens even without a commercial between, i think. idk how they always do that but stay on schedule LOL

Watching season 14 right now. Meredith says the typical line of the vets have more to lose (if they dont make it to training camp). I'm going to disagree with that. Once a DCC always a DCC (as they say). Even if you only got to do it 1 year, you got to be a DCC!!! You made memories and friends and will be a part of a sisterhood forever. The hundreds of girls who try out every year who never make it, have all of that to lose, their dream is lost, opportunities that could change their lives just by being a DCC for 1 year are lost. Sorry vets, I don't believe you have the most to lose.

I'd agree with Meredith tbh. If you're a vet who gets cut, you know what you're losing, you're humiliated, and it's 99% a sure thing you won't ever be a DCC again. If you're just a hopeful, you can try like 6 times and eventually get on the squad. We've seen countless girls try a handful of times before they make it. Unless you're Victoria, if you're cut as a vet, seems like you're done forever
