Yes, I think it was that they needed to buy the new house or they would lose the $20,000. But they made it sound like buying the new house wouldn't be an option unless they first sold the mold house, and apparently that house was never even put up for sale. I read that some of the homeowners in that subdivision who also had mold have begun filing lawsuits against the builder so I wonder if they are holding off selling to possibly do the same?
