The precedent of people filming scenes in the future with the HWs, if Bravo and Andy are that willing to throw that person under the bus.
Also, even if knowing the camera was there and signing the release, a person might still be stupid enough to snort up and still think they could get away with it. Which could have happened...

No, not if the person caught on tape didn't sign the release. Or Andy wanted to avoid further legal trouble for that person. I don't think Andy or Bravo would something like that shown on the show, it would set a bad precedent for future filming.
