I wonder if the Nam thing was something to do with being from Germany.   I mean I only speak English (Some would argue that I hardly speak English correctly) but he has to speak at the very least two if not more languages (A lot of Europeans I have come into contact with can speak four or five languages).  When I get yelled at I sometimes get flustered so to be yelled at in your non-native language has to be tough to process.  Then you add on a grueling challenge on top of it, I really do not blame him for having lack of communication with Lolo.  Plus from what little they have shown of him on the show, he seems like a very easygoing guy who might just want to avoid confrontation.

Or he could be intentionally fucking with her, which is probably something I would do but he does not seem to be the malicious type.

In regards to Kam, like @luckyroll3 said, I tend to not mind Kam.  The Killer Kam stuff can be annoying but I watch wrestling and I always kind of viewed that as her gimmick.  But after this season I am starting to wonder if it has become more of a gimmick and she is going Cara Maria on us.  I hope not but who knows.

I thought Kam said that Leroy's back was basically shot.  If that is the case I highly doubt he would be back again win or lose.  As someone who occasionally gets pretty bad back pain, it is no joke.  Two years ago around Thanksgiving time I was in bed for about a month or so.  Then right as my back started to feel better it seems like lockdown started.   So while most people hated 2020, I hated 2019 and 2020.

A lot of Americans can barely speak English. Kudos to you for knowing more than one language. I felt bad for Nam as Lolo was berating him.

I love Kam, she's just trying to entertain and show her confidence. I see nothing of Cara Maria in her. Thank goodness!

I think there's a couple of cases in which Natalie is the first to notice key evidence. I recall noticing that recently but not which episode (currently I'm living in over-the-air TV Monk land, heh).

One that I can think of is Mr. Monk and the Rapper. Natalie immediately told Monk that she didn't think that it was Murderess. She stated her reasons why. Adrian was dismissive and asked why she thought that. Natalie said she had a hunch. He dismissed that and she replied he get's hunches sometimes.

Then when they leave the recording session, Denny came out of the building to tell Monk about the "guy" that was hanging around the garage the night before the limo exploded. As soon as he left, Natalie said he's the guy. Monk replied another hunch? Natalie was right! I think there are more episodes but this one always stood out to me because she immediately knew who didn't do it and who did do it once she met Denny.

  3.  Michael Chiklis where have you been?

The new hosts were okay. My first time seeing them. I didn't even see them guest hosting! They will take some getting used to, but I enjoyed what I saw today.

Was that a live studio audience or canned applause? If it's a studio audience I'm really shocked.

  4. Currently watching Mr. Monk and the Foreign Man. Sad but full of laughter. Monk teaching Samuel to wash American style. LMAO! Always one of my favorite episodes to watch.

  5. This one was frustrating to watch. Jack constantly worrying about Alex to the point that she is the reason Alex will be exposed as a spy. She should have just not let anyone into the house. Talking to them like they know about Alex. Though, maybe his handler should have let her know the agency had a double agent. SMH

The school, was muh. I didn't find any student interesting. It was just a weird setting with underwhelming students.

The Point Blanc people are the ones who are supposed to believe that Alex is Fiona's brother. She couldn't introduce Alex as her brother to her friends. How would she explain to her friends that she suddenly has a brother that they'd never met and that she'd never mentioned before?

Then the whole charade makes no sense. How easy for Point Blanc to determine that Alex Friend is fake. Just question Fiona and her friends. They would love to rat him out. They needed to find a better cover story for him. If he is in there for anymore than 24 hours it will very easy for Point Blanc to tear apart his cover of being a Friend. SMH

  7. What a weird family. Not sure exactly, Alex was introduced as some poor kid the family was helping out by Fiona. Yet, he is supposed to be her "brother" Is is only the Point Blanc people that need to believe this?

Good on Jack and Tom. They have Alex's back. Jack will not let them take advantage of Alex and Tom won't except lies from Alex any longer.

Those kids. Sigh. I now find myself hating them more than Martin! Bratty asses. Were they going to shoot Alex or did they really just want to be douches and scare him to death? Glad he showed them up and clocked that kid! Laughed out loud as Fiona was marching into the mansion to go off on Alex and the maid/agent stabbed her in the neck with a sedative!

  8. I was debating whether or not Alex had really been kidnapped or if it was a test. I'm glad he realized it was!

How dare they try to deport Jack and put Alex in Foster Care! This only served to make me dislike these people even more for recruiting a teenager to do their job. The fact that Point Blanc is an Academy for troubled teens is no excuse. Put in a new young looking agent.

I will need them to not be as obvious about how Alex was going to get loose. As soon as he handed Alex the papers with the paper clip.....

  9. Great start for the series. I am disappointed that Alex is now without family after Ian was murdered.  It's a good thing that he has Jack and Tom in his life.

I'm looking forward to them finding out Martin betrayed Ian, followed by the mystery of Point Blanc. Martin is the worst!

I guess my confusion was not with the actual circumstances of the filming, but with how the show was treating the pandemic in its universe. Like, they acknowledged it was a thing, but nobody was taking any precautions about it. But I think I’m expending too many brain cells on this. I’m not even sure if I’m going to stick with it.

I read somewhere that the show is set "after" the pandemic. So it  happened but, they are in the aftermath of it. So no masks in sight.

  11. They all had nice words for Sheryl and it was nice to see the love.

I am so glad that I watched today. Thanks for the promo for the Ruff Ryders documentary on BET because I knew nothing about it! DVR already set to record and I'm going to catch up on the No Limit Master P stuff that has already been airing.

  12. Okay, I think that you guys have convinced me to give this format a try. I have not been watching, but some of this sounds quite funny. I will check out a few on demand. Thankfully, my Governor has her daily conferences at 3, after the show has ended.🙂

I don't understand why PD shipped her to NY, other than Dick Wolf trying to bring more viewers to his FBI show, which in my case, worked.  Didn't even know FBI was a Dick Wolf show until this episode.

I'm bored. So I looked up some numbers. Last season FBI outranked all One Chicago shows in total viewers. It had over a million more than Fire and 2 million more than PD which was last of the One Chicago shows.  In the 18-49 rankings, PD was the last of the One Chicago shows and had only a .13 lead on FBI in that category. So I don't think that it was a ratings stunt to help FBI. If anything it was the other way around. I hope they don't do this again. I detest PD and don't watch it for a reason. I hated the character. She was not needed on this show.

  14. I absolutely loved the flashbacks of John and Judy. I teared up during the school presentation and during Judy's speech telling him that she would hate him if he gave up and left her. I loved this episode. It's my favorite so far.

So they are going to add more people to replace the ones that are gone?

It won't really matter to me. As much as I love Antonia Thomas, I think I'm done.

  16. As a writer, Shore should know that a show going into it's fourth season is not going to see a drastic increase in ratings. Normally, ratings stay steady or start to decrease by season four. So why alienate the fans that you do have by killing off a favorite.  It literally does not make sense!

  17. I'm in disbelief right now. Why?? I think that am done. They kill off a fave and leave us with a lead character that I no longer even like, and they put said lead in a romance with my least favorite character. I mean, I like Morgan better than her!

Season 1 Jared leaves. Now Meledez. I worry about what else they will do to poor Clair. 3 Seasons is enough of this show for me.
