Someone on the Hallmark GW site said they mentioned at one time that she had a heart attack. I don’t remember that at all. Its been sad to see Cassie “normalized” and her shop looking now like any other gift store. Nothing magical about it at all anymore. The older step-kids from her first marriage have been mostly written out. Her daughter own daughter seems to have nothing particularly magical about her anymore either...she just seems panicky about every little thing that happens in her life. I miss what this show could have been...it’s become very Hallmark formulaic.
