Kendall who practiced dances in the bathroom of her office, Courtney the pharmaceutical sales rep who quit that job, Lauren who put her nursing career on hold to learn the show group material, Shelby the Dallas girl who quit her job (didn’t make the team), Kat the rhythmic gymnast who left her job to do training camp, and Kristin who was driving 100 miles a day last summer, etc.
Ashlee (one of my faves) who said last season she was putting her physical therapist career on hold for TC. Malena who quit her job in recruitment and didn't make the team.

Mostly OT but Cheryl's dress during cuts was distractingly hideous.
Everything you wrote is 100 percent correct. I didn't even think of it while watching, but yes. "Grief whoring" is the perfect description of this. As if ANYTHING about training camp, being a DCC, etc. should be in the same conversation as something as tragic as losing three friends all at once at such a young age. If anything, all it does is emphasize the complete frivolity of cheering in the NFL.

OMG, the Abigail worship is ridiculous. Why don't they at least have a group shot up there? Why just her? She wasn't the best dancer. She's gorgeous, yeah, but come on.

Didn't notice her jeans, but I LOVED the earrings she was wearing in the office visit scene. And do all the girls wear the same crystal button earrings? They all look similar.

I hated the stadium tour—except the girls’ locker room part. But, like, I don’t need to see where the Jones family sits their rich white butts during games. And why is Abigail the only DCC photo displayed? I get it—she’s beautiful—but couldn’t they have at least put up a group shot?

She looks to me like she has one of those super-toned stomachs that almost bulges with muscle. So it's probably just that certain camera angles make her look bloated, but she's not.

I agree she would have been an ambassador risk for sure. But that first season, she seemed fine. I was rooting for her that season.

A lot of them look thick in pick #9. Rookie Taylor, Kirsten and even Bridgette looks thicker in the middle. That pic of Gena looks kinda scary - she’s just not very photogenic. Beauty pageant Rachel looks so pretty in the ones of her. That one of VK is pretty too.

I can't remember who it was, but I recall that Kelli told the returning rookie that some of the long-time vets felt that the rookie was acting like a know-it-all and prancing around like she was a vet. I also recall that at the time Kelli said something like "I know that you might feel like because you've been here before, you have insight & help to offer, but you should really leave that stuff to the group leaders to do."
That was Madeline and it was just last year, and they made her feel like crap about it. 😞
