I love love love Travis! I have yet to see him choreograph something that I don't adore. 

I thought that Gina and Kelli looked fantastic in his style. Pageant girl surprised me, she looked good doing that choreo.

If I remember correctly Jay and his wife were on WifeSwap. I seem to remember that they are incredibly strict. Can someone confirm that? 

Dayton and Rachel were my favorites in the uniform, but I wish we had seen more of the TCCs in their fittings. 

Hated that they (CMT) seemed to make Jasmine's cut all about VK, super annoying. Let the Jasmine have her own moment!

Finally saw this week's episode. My thoughts:

• Such a pretty group of rookie candidates. Briana has a really bright, pretty smile. Lily and Lindsey are both adorable.
• Jasmine's tights are always a weird color. I thought they all wore suntan. They don't look weird on Malena, Briana, or Ashlee. Just Jasmine.
• Jalyn's hair is the same too-bright too-orange color they did on Claire. It didn't work for Claire and it works even less on Jalyn. I don't understand how that's any better than her prior red. At least the other color made her eyes pop. I'm glad they didn't do anything drastic to Hannah.
• Rachel Wyatt doesn't seem stiff or expressionless to me. She seems composed and speaks well which I would expect from someone with her training. I like her very much. She does need more punch in her dancing though.

• I thought Bridgette was about to flash her knickers when she was walking into the salon. That wrap skirt parted and almost showed us something.
• When they brought Taylor Tauss into the office, the only thing I could focus on was how much black eyeliner everyone in that room was wearing.
• I would like to see a segment where they show everyone how to do makeup for game day, appearances, and everyday. I always assumed they did that around the same time as the hair salon, but it must not have happened yet because Taylor T and Victoria's eye makeup is still way too heavy. Malena's makeup doesn't suit her at all. Too-light concealer under the eyes and too-light lipstick.
• I agreed with everything Kelli said to Dayton. But I hope what we saw of her conversation with Victoria was a small excerpt that didn't represent the overall content of that conversation, because her critique came off as mild suggestions, not the dead serious "you need to fix this. now." tone that she uses with everyone else.

I was just going to post about how VK and Malena's makeup just doesn't look good on them. I'm no makeup expert but if it doesn't enhance what you are working with and doesn't hide what you want it too then you aren't doing it right IMO

1. I may be in the minority, but I'm not a fan of Malena. 

2. Wow, Kelly is not being nice at all to Dayton. Like, I'm upset with how Kelly is talking to her (her tone and body language was rude and agressive imo) but atleast she finished the conversation on a more positive encouraging note. Still felt weird.

3. She better have a similar conversation with VK, if not that isn't fair to either girl and comes off sketchy and like she is heavily playing favorites. 

4. Now it feels like they are hiding VK.

Brennan, Madeline and Erin would have a leg up on learning the signature routine right? Since they've been in TC before. 

I mean I would hope they have remembered and practiced it so they look extra good compared to the rest of the TCCs

1. I'm not great at makeup but I really want to give VK a new makeup look. She caked it on (not well) and made herself look wayyyy older then 18. I'm not a VK fan but Lord that makeup is rough. I also want to cut her hair short and thin it out a bit. 

2. Marshall's side eye was amazing

3. I think Sarah should've made it to camp over Jessika

4. The more I watch & rewatch the episode the more I dislike Keyra's attitude and the more I adore Selina and wish she had retired instead of getting cut

I sincerely hope Kelli had the same exact conversation with Victoria. 

If she did you know it probably wasn't on camera, but I'm with you that I really hope she told VK the same thing.

You could tell that Keyra was pissed at being cut, she was not hiding it well. Selina was classy about it, sad but totally understood and wants what's best for the team. So much more sympathy for Selina than for Keyra.

Loved Dayton's response, very thoughtful and mature. Wish we could've seen VK's answer to any question.

So am I wrong that they didn't show VK at all dancing or kicking in front of the judges?!

I don't know if anyone has looked this up or posted it but there is a YouTube episode where they talked to 3 different dancers that was posted 2 years ago and VK was one of them. It's interesting and maybe brings a different perspective to VK. I will say her mother's attitude and some of the info shared here have really turned me off of her in the show, so it will be interesting to see how things play out on the show and potentially throughout the DCC season.
