I love Kelli, but this is not a good shot. Her thighs look heavy and her smile looks forced. Overall it's just not a good pic.

Lauren is from Detroit and then went to Miami to cheer for the Dolphins. Aren't a whole lot of Mormons in either one of those areas. Lol.

I think Gina has had some restructuring done. Personally, I never understood women getting fake boobs. I guess for appearance sake if you're really small I can see it but in most cases when you have the opportunity to see the before and after. I usually always think the before looks better. Kelsey is a great example of this.

Rachel looks stunning and I've never been a fan of her look. Good for her, she obviously worked hard to get there. But yeah definitely bathroom door. Don't insult my intelligence.

I've been a professional singer most of my life then a DJ and KJ. I would say that through my experiences about 1 in 30 people are quality singers. That being said, these girls are overachievers so we may have 3 or 4 that could be stage quality singers.

From the photos I’ve seen recently, it looks like Tara has put on about 10 pounds since auditions last year. She’ll probably get issued a weight warning. Nothing she can’t fix though! I really like Tara.

The thing I love about Kelli and one of the reasons she's my favorite is because she has such a unique look. Here she looks like all the other blondes. Are we sure this is her? Lol

I think DCC training camp may also be a reason less people audition every year. Don’t get me wrong, I kind of love that they do that, because the DCC end up being great and looking at other squads dance, they look like hot messes compared to the synchronized DCC.
But you do kind of give up your whole summer for training camp, practice five nights a week, seminars, mentoring sessions plus all the time you put in to work out, tone up, practice technique, practice the routines, you don’t get a vacation. It’s probably an amazing time just as much as it’s grueling. And you never know when it will end. You can spend your entire summer at camp and still not make the team. I can’t imagine going through training camp two summers in a row, let alone three times.
Other teams have much shorter training camps or have it after selecting the team, at least then you know it won’t be worth nothing in the end.
The show and social media have probably changed the way hopefuls view the process of becoming a DCC and compared to some other teams becoming a DCC looks like a huge time commitment (as well as costing a lot of money and nerves). My guess is that it’s a combination of all three things. Plus i think some other teams are catching up to the DCC in terms of being attractive to audition for. The Dolphins cheerleaders went to London last year and did a cruise this year. That’s pretty exciting.
And here in Ohio we have the Browns who have never had cheerleaders. We can't even get players to come to our team. You'd think the least they could do is give us cheerleaders.

I totally agree. Gina looks great. I think that her costume (which was one of my favorites.) makes her hips look narrow. She has those dancer thighs, so I don't think she could get too small in that area. Remember last year at uniform fittings, Kelli saying she had a nice little shelf back there.

I haven't seen anyone else comment on this but from the pictures I've seen it looks to me like Tara has gained weight. I notice it in her face and hips. She was really thin before so it's not a bad thing. Just an observation.
