I'm sure its been discussed already, but one of my top LEAST favorite moments was with Phoebe in regards to Ross/Rachel's annulment. She willingly didn't tell Rachel that she was still married to Ross because she liked being the only one to know the secret. If I were Rachel, I'd probably cut all ties with someone who was a bestie and kept that from me. And if I were any of the other friends, I'd be wary of Phoebe too. Phoebe was just a luny as Ross during those episodes for not telling Rachel..
