Yes, as many have posted, there are good reasons to believe Kevin is the child of Sally and Roy. But it makes more sense to me to think that John is the child of Sally and Roy, from their affair. Think about what Sally says about John's birth and then about how John seems to be the child who is expected to atone for all the family sins.
